Most of us like to know in advance the plan we can expect to experience in whatever setting we find ourselves. Whether that’s the plans for summer, the plans for college, or the plans for this evening we want to know the details. But what happens when the One we say we trust with our external destiny doesn’t readily divulge them? In the example of Abraham we see how our faith can be lived out even when God is silent on the details. May God use this example for our obedience and His glory.
