Life can be so hectic. The rat race seems to never end and than can even feel that way as followers of Jesus. This morning we look at the issue of rest through the lens of the Sabbath and consider how Jeusus being the Lord of the Sabbath should refresh and encourage our souls as we follow Him because His burden is light.
