We’ve all faced those seemingly hopeless situations where no outcome can be imagined that will bring happiness. In our passage for today, Mark inserts Jesus into just such a circumstance. In doing so, Mark is reminding us that no matter how dark the situation, hope always abounds because we know Jesus is at work. He is good and He is faithful!
