It is so easy to just play the part. We enjoy those who practice this art on the stage and screen. But in real life these people suffer from a heart problem. As we look at our passage for today we ask this question of ourselves – In what ways am I replacing the teachings of Jesus with my own instruction? In what ways am I just playing the part of a follower of Jesus?
