What We Believe…

  • We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God
  • We believe the Bible teaches there is one true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit
  • We believe the Bible teaches the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, Christ’s sinless life, His vicarious death, His physical resurrection, His ascension, and His eminent return
  • We believe the Bible teaches us that the Holy Spirit indwells those who have trusted in Christ, and that the Holy Spirit empowers God’s people to live holy lives
  • We believe the Bible teaches that mankind is dead in their sins, and their only hope is the Gospel of Jesus; that people are saved by grace through faith, and not of their own works or merit, and that the believer’s new life in Christ cannot be lost
  • We believe that the Bible teaches that all those who have trusted in Christ for their salvation have been called to live on mission to reach those who do not know Christ as Lord; that those who have not repented of their sins and trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord will not inherit eternal life, but will face an eternal life suffering in hell; that through Christ our hope is not only in this life, but in an eternal life to come; that Christ will one day return for His people

What We Desire to Be…

We desire and work to be a group of people “Living On Mission For Jesus”

  • “Living” means we don’t want to go through the motions of life; life is a gift from God that we do not deserve, and we want to intentionally make the most of our lives here on earth making relationships with other people
  • “On Mission” means we believe that Christ gave His followers a task to pursue (Matthew 28:18-20) and as we live intentional lives, we want to be purposeful in fulfilling our charge
  • “For Jesus” means our life isn’t about us, we have a much greater reason to live, for the glory of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ

When we gather on Sunday mornings…

We preach Christ-centered expositional sermons

We pray and acknowledge our desperate need for the Lord to bless us

We sing Christ-centered and theologically rich music

We equip our adults with the word in Sunday School

We teach our children to know Christ, and to make Him known

We encourage one another to live our lives holistically for Jesus

We give generously of the gifts the Lord has given us

We celebrate the victory we have in Christ’s death and resurrection through the Lord’s Supper

We baptize those who have trusted Jesus as Lord
